Dear Future Self (DFS) EAP plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by fostering employee well-being. Research demonstrates that DFS EAP significantly boosts employee morale, resulting in increased motivation, self-reliance, confidence, and productivity. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, 66 percent of employees who leave their positions, regardless of their performance quality, do so due to their inability to manage overwhelming personal issues. Consequently, DFS EAP aims to mitigate overall healthcare costs and reduce stress-related turnover rates. By supporting the health and efficiency of employees, DFS EAP contributes to enhanced organizational productivity, thereby serving as a valuable corporate asset.
