Mental health stigma and neglect persist in the Philippines, where approximately 6 million people struggle with depression and anxiety, making it the third highest in the Western Pacific Region. Many turn to informal support from family and friends, which often falls short. Financial constraints and service inaccessibility further hinder care, especially among impoverished communities.
 
To address these pressing needs, DFS is committed to bridging the gap in mental health access for children and families facing financial hardships.
